- Picnic Point Run: 1st & 3rd (and sometimes 5th) Saturdays of every month – 8:30 a.m. Leaving from main entrance to Picnic Point. Explore the trails around Picnic Point and the Lakeshore Nature Preserve on a 50-60-minute run.
- Pheasant Branch Run: 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month – 8:30 a.m. Leaving from the Middleton Hills Prairie Cafe and Bakery. Explore the Pheasant Branch Conservancy trails.
- Sunday Morning Trail Runs: 8:30 a.m, leaving from UW Arboretum main visitor center parking lot (next to Curtis Prairie). A one-hour run at a relaxed pace with a shorter, 30-40-minute option.
- Monday Night Trail Runs: 5:45 p.m, leaving from the main Picnic Point entrance. A short and easy recovery run on the Lakeshore nature preserve trails. Suitable for all runners.
